You need to be doing regular weekly water changes, not just a random one every time the aro looks sickly

Normally when a pacu does not have another pacu to follow around they follow some of the bigger fish. Mine used to follow my paroon shark around until it died, Then the pacu was very lonely and did not come out for awhile.

To clarify:
- No fish in the tank have ich.
- Ammonia is currently not the issue. Are levels are fine
- We do weekly water changes. Just not 75% ones.
