I would say so. It just looks like an ammonia burn. What is your filtration system?
I have 2 filter for my 55 gallon tank 1 canister filter and 1 overhead sump . In size canister I have sponge and bioring vs bio ball . And also in my sump have the same

Yes I alway clean my filter in every month
why you cleaned your filters every month? and can you tell us how you clean it?

Do you wash the bio media in tap water? Don't do that because it will kill off the nitrifying bacteria that processes the ammonia causing the ammonia levels to be high. High ammonia levels can result in ammonia burns like what your arowana has.

Just wait for him to answer my question first. I want to see how he cleaned his filter and why every month. maybe this is the caused of the jardini health

you need to add seachem prime to nullify the ammonia in the water and possibly some seachem stability or tetra safe start. You have ammonia in the water, so your tank is having a mini-cycle from what I can tell. keep up with water changes and salt as sticky said and add prime.
