Arowanas gone CRAZY!

Same here with the red. My silver also gets spooked from the egg grate fixtures or rather the light that reflects off of the egg grate fixture I have over my aquaripond. So now, I turn off all of the lights when I remove them and even if he sees them from a distance, he still flips out! He doesn't like anything fast moving either...at least nothing that is bigger than he and he's probably 30in now.
I will check with mines ... the only time i recall mines being spooked is when i carry the hose around for changing water in the opposite aquarium.

How interesting, I have never noticed that
........But then again now that I think about it, the only red I have are my ties.........Interesting.

they also get spooked when i use a flashlight to look for my plecos under rocks........ lol

Silver arowana is skittish fish. Doesn't matter what color you wear (or if you wear anything 
) silver aro goes crazy whenever it feels like!
