Maybe it was the background that made me think I saw them before.
( the black background with BIG red chinese character "DRAGON" )
It is so rare I thought they were custom made..
I guess many people use that kind of background in Asia...
Took me a long time to remember where I saw it...hey, I told you saw them somewhere, right? but was an arowana tank... sorry bro

Sorry for getting you wrong bro.
But last time I post the blue iguana in the iguana board. People accused me for retouching the pictures. So I took the video clip and that's when they started to apologize.

I'm a 24 years old man. I'm Thai and I go back and forth to the US coz my uncle's place is in Long Beach and Irvine.

The Azuls are now in Thailand. I will check with the age as they were with my friends before he sold them to me. They diet on goldfish about 2-3 inches long. The female used to pair up with the ocellaris so I removed him out of the tank. I'll surely keep you guys updated if anything happen.

Is there any tips on breeding these Cichla?

im pretty sure that breeding these guys should be similar to other cichla species.
keep the ph low and water clean.
also,they only take live food?
if so,try giving them a more varied diet instead of just goldfish.
and gutload the feeders.

No bro. I didn't have that many stuff any more. They came by chance.
Like snow arowana, you wouldn't believe how much I got it for and it is the same one that's been coming on and off the internet. The one with the middle part missing on the back's fin. But I no longer keep those. This pair of Piquiti came to me the same way.

I cut the prawn and feed them as well. There is also some ghost shrimp running around the tank, but this is for other fish in the tank.
