I think the younger of the two will end up looking like mom and pops. I'm really looking forward to how the older one will look. I hope it keeps its darker color and the younger one keeps her lighter color.

Might as well share some more, I have before, during, and after photos of just about every ray I have had. The first is the mother the day of import and the second is the daddy the day of import . Both were around 8"

Here you go Gangster, this is a grow out tank for Kelberi's.;) Your pertty closes to us.....soooooo....I got you covered to. Just picked it up yesterday. I always liked flowers as well. I always wanted one (pair) for quite sometime now.

Yeah, rays and cichla we're always on my "to get" list. Never really thought about it, but breeding rays would be a good change for me. Never really had to opportunity to do so. Seems like a challenge I'm willing to take head on along with breeding cichla. For me it's not the money, its more of a seance of accomplishment.
 
Ya id like to do the same with my cichla. That way you can feel like you've accomplished something and to know that you are raising them well enough for them to spawn. Quite an accomplishment.
