Asian Aro; yay or nay?

There is a shipment of asian aro's (greens, 1.5 reds and rtg's) soon to be released here and I'm trying to decide whether or not I should get one.
Tank is 150cm long, 70cm wide, 60cm high, 160g, filtered by a big wet-dry sump. So far its housing a 16" ornate bichir, 2 7" uaru, a 6" rotkeil sev, 4 4-6" A. heckelii, and I'm planning on adding my 8 6-7" clown loaches once its a bit more established.

I'd give my left nut for another black aro, but I've got more chance of winning lotto than ever getting another one here. A silver is too large and I don't like the drop eye. So, it seems like an asian aro is the next best thing.

If I don't get the aro I'll probably add a few more earth eaters (leuco, altifrons) and maybe more loaches. So.....

From what I hear the greens will be about $1000-1200, and the red and rtg around $1800-2000.

I'd say go for it, IMO there is no other fish quite like an Asian Arowana in terms of beauty, personality and temperament. Nice aquascaping as well mate.

do not get the 1.5 red get the rtg instead. the 1.5 red will look like a green when it gets larger.
