The police maybe but Cali fish and game have nothing better to do you have been warned
Actually, the California Fish and Game does not have the jurisdiction to enforce the U.S. Endangered Species Act. However, they can and often do alert the appropriate federal agency, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, in situations involving Asian arowanas.ummm what cali fish and game ??????????????????????? i swear it is almost inexistant. but none the less the regs are for the safety of the fish, regardless of how lame , retarded, or ineffective they are.
