:grinno: Reds aren't the most expensive even if it's king. Most expensive Aro would be a color morph Aro. Most expensive regular morph Aro would be XB. ;)

Your all wrong double headed aro £58,000 or $90,000

I think we're talking perfectly normal pieces without any mutations or genetic color morphs such as Platinum, Xanthic, Albino etc.

I'll go with the average prices i've seen:

Juveniles between 5-10"

Greens - $80
Grade 2 Reds/Yellow Tails - $150
RTGs - $350
Hi-back RTGs - $600
Reds - $1000
XBs - $1500
Golden-head XBs - $2000 upwards
Nami Greens - $4000 upwards

Prices differ from farm to farm and shop to shop. The quality, level and intensity of shine(for XBs/RTGs mostly) also dictates the prices. Contrary to popular belief, XBs aren't the most expensive if you compare one with a Nami Green of the same size. The sheer scarcity of the Nami/Batik Green, also known as the Snakeskin Green, makes it way more expensive albeit only appealing to a small number of hobbyists as compared to the other variants.

Seeing prices like that makes me cry :( Here in the US you get to pay 10x that much AND be a felon. :grinno:

I've never seen a Nami Green before so i googled it! Apparently its a X breed of Green and Gold? Pretty cool looking but I would never pay that much for it.
