That would be an even bigger fail as far as the government is concerned. They were outlawed for a different reason, killing everything. An Aro couldn't survive here.

Yes a single cold tolerant snakehead species were responsible for the snakehead ban. Funny thing is that there are other snakeheads have been in United States for over 20 years with no issues. That said, 99% of snakehead species cannot survive most areas of United States.

20 people...now consider all the people that would oppose such a measure, unreasoned opposition as it is, heck there are more people oppose to general pet keeping than those.

That is why this is such an uphill fight.
