So i spoke with a guy who had this Asian arowana, not sure of the size but it looks amazeing. Whats an average price for one of these rare fellas?

Asian Aros are federally banned from the US. If someone is selling...it's illegal. Also, that's a Black Arowana from South AM. and not an Asian.

on a side note i understand that the asian are banned in the usa. but there are quite a few in the asian fish stores in the oc. when i ask how it is they came to own an illegal fish they say they have a permit. i dont believe them. is that even a possibility?
