a 6-7" red asian, of even the worst grade imaginable,
would go for a few hundred at least, and i highly doubt they sold
you a fish that could get there asses arrested. it's just common sence
 
its a silver with red mostlikely and he suckered you by calling it an asian red arowana. not 1 single person in the world would sell a real asian red aro for 50 bux when there worth over 1500+++++++++
