i have been researching about the asian leaf fish and was wondering wich out of the two nandus species is brackish?
so can both live in a tank with a sg of 1.010?blackghostuk;3824268; said:Fishbase currently lists 6 species of Nandus, but only 2 are commonly (?) found in the hobby.
N. nandus (8")
N. nebulosus (5")
Both of these have populations in FW and in Brackish.
The other 4 are only found in FW
N. andrewi (5")
N. mercatus (3")
N. oxyrhynchus (3")
N. prolixus (no size given)

They seem to do well with Puffers or my personel fav Chromides. Chromides to me are the best choice, but they are even hareder to find than the N. Nandus.
