Sorry if i'm wrong, but it sounds questionable that fish and wildlife would come out to inspect a cage, and put a sticker on it saying its big enough? Since when did they start checking up on people who buy pets? And who is to say they even know about exotics? Again sorry if i am off, maybe someone can fill me in but this just sounds far fetched....






Its your opinion...but i doubt every pro-gun activist is a "logical thinking" person and could be compared to a PETA activist. Activism is activism and when its a passionate issue, things get crazy.

Last time I checked members of the NRA didnt support domestic terrorisim, destruction of private property, interfere with commerce, create derragatory ads towards non-gun owners, or stage large scale and disorderly protests!

yes he could have asked her to leave and not come back, he then would have legal recourse against her, i dont know about where you are but here in texas a game warden will come and inspect your wildlife if asked now i'm not talking about dogs and cats here, ok. exotics and fish are considered wildlife.

No they didnt come out randomly and check the beardies cage, he called them and asked for them to come check it to satisfy the lady. I am not really sure why he didnt take legal action against her and just gave it up though. As to why he just didnt call and have her tresspassed I really dont know I would have done it and def. woudnt have given up the beardie either.

Now thats an idea an anole stays pretty small for a 55gal =]

well said, i was slightly more angry in my post but yes, illegal commerical fish anything, that i would appreciate mind you where i fish for salmon for personal consumption which is legal they would probably give me a hard time as well.

So if guns were banned every gun enthusiast would give them up, not go down shooting? Maybe the upstanding citizens of the NRA are not activists, but then again PETA isn't being referred to as a respectable organization. It seems far fetched because the law could have been laid down quick to get this idiot out of his store. I don't really believe that the fish and wildlife would come out and give a seal of approval to satisfy a crazy individual. They would have referred it to, or suggest some police action. I just don't see them getting a call saying "please approve of my setup for my pet lizard so i can satisfy someone acting for PETA."
