I suspect that it will. I've noticed that TATF that are the only ATF in a tank (which yours is...?) tend to develop much more vibrant coloration when they don't have to compete with congeners.
And dammit, that's typically my luck lol

Looks a lot like mine did, but I didn't have him long enough to get him that colored up. Definitely the same type of coloration I was seeing though. Love it.

He is the only ATF in the tank, and honestly tame as a pussy cat... doesn't bother any other fish.
