Very nice Keep!!!!!

i am really curious as to whats happened that they needed prazi??
really glad they are doing better!

Hard to say. Maybe it just needed more time and was stressed or maybe the prazi is what is helping. Hard to say.

But the male is starting to pounce on food like he was.

Can you tell us more about the Prazi treatment? Are you going by directions on the bottle or redosing everyday? How long are you doing the treatment?

Glad to hear things are looking up!

treated with prazi 5 days ago. Did a waterchange of 50% on day 3 and re-dosed the tank accordingly to replace meds taken out during water change. Will let treatment run for a full 7 days then do large water change to remove meds. All as per the label.
I do not think dosing above the label is smart, or necessary. I dont get meds from the doctor and double up on them because i know better than the Dr.

here is what i am noticing now...... female is still doing great... ever since i added prazi her breathing is perfect and eating great... the male is eating but not as much as he was when i first got him, and not as much as the little female.
here he is when i first got him

here he is now.... notice how a full ray has a humped rear area the whole back is humped up. he is only humped on the pelvic bone area on each side and is skinny in the middle where the tail attaches. i have never seen this before. could it be a internal parasite? maybe he has stomach issues? Maybe he has a blockage from me overfeeding when i first got him? the female is not looking like this at all. she looks great!
