The ones from the Columbia SC show. I was bit by a monitor right after BGF's research about their venom came out- my had showed no signs of infection but swelled similar to a mild hemotoxic bite. He did a video about it.

Kids got some major balls

It is not that he has "major balls" but that he is lacking a functional brain.

i am in a few of his videos and have watched him handle snakes in person. I will just say that I was less than impressed.

After meeting him in person, I have to say, he is a bit different. Hissing at snakes, getting them to strike his foot etc.

I agree with every word on caution. Although I'm joined for the aquarium section, I also have many snakes! I have had my share of venomous serpents among one of them I had a close call with was a cottonmouth, I think its just stupid to sale them in the first place unless you meet in person and get a feel for who they are. Some people have bad intentions or just simple fascination but really don't know what they are getting into with something that does serious damage if your not an experienced handler of reptiles. I currently have a snake that scares the living s#$t out of me but I'm also very accustom to the snakes I keep. Be careful everyone. And watch each others back. The hobby is a good one for folks who want to keep and maintain suck beautiful creatures and slowly its being taken from us by idiots. Just keep your reptiles and if you can't, take them to a zoo where trained perfessionals can use them for good purposes although I don't like zoos, and have a house that is one, It can be beneficial.

I totally respect people who keep these as "pets" like Viperkeeper but there is for sure without a doubt a age requirement for these! The snakes like these ones are really meant for experienced adults its not like porn where grown ups lie to kids saying you need to be 18+ :beer:

correction- there is a certain maturity requirement. Big difference. I know plenty of 30 year olds that I would not trust with venomous but I also know one or two 16 year olds that I would.

This. People should in an ideal world, should know wether or not they are up to the task.

And if they cannot realize this then the people selling the snakes should be able to make a judgement call.

BTW LP, I found something that belongs to you. Is this an old shot of Sy? She tried buying a cobra from me but I said not until you are potty trained!
