Depends on the situation. Some factors are:

-Length of time between infractions
-Severity of infraction
-Total number of infractions/warnings/bans
-The member's value to the board
-What kind of mood Phil is in

btw, I just talked to shallot. He said he doesn't mind being banned and deleted from MFK if it is the mod's wishes :)
