Argentea are pretty difficult to get here from what I understand, I have been chasing some for a while.
 
They aren't on the allowed import list are they, probably just another few juvies that managed to sneak their way past tired quarantine staff like everything else. I've heard of a couple of Argentea down south, and yeah QueenslandeR has been after one/some for a while now :p

waht has suprised me is that there are literally 10000's of umbee, dovii, festae, butti, snooks in melb atm!! for a while i didnt see these kinda cichs for ages n ages!
