Australian Fishing

i wouldn't mind going fishing for toga's, just the effort factor and the right gear/location.
 
i love all the fish in here D: wish i could get these in the US (for keeping)

i would love to have one of those big breams, big flatheads. btw, wat was that fish that looked like a trevally in the first page, was that in freshwater too? love that!!!!

pupumole the fish on page one I think you are refering to ? is a Tarwhine or Goldlined seabream Rhabdosargus sarba the horizontal stripes are gold in adults, a saltwater fish grow to 75 cm

Putting aside the fish . The birds which I particurly like are amazing in Australia.

What an unreal assortment of such colorfull birds.

ahhh not that one . i have a bream in ,my tank already xD

im talkin bout the one on post #9 that is held with two hands. sorta looks like a mackerel/ amberjack ? ?
 
Thats a juvenile Tailor Pomatomus saltatrix known as Bluefish on your east coast.

oh xD didnt think an east coast fish would end up in australia xD but i c.... im a west coaster though , legit reason to not know bout bluefish :P
