i would start off with a differnt type of arro rather silver if i was you.... just to get into looking after them as they are much more expensive than jars and leichardti, but then again its up to you

If its for the tank I think it is, a silver is his best bet, as a jar wont be too tolerent of the oscars he wants to have.
will have problems finding some atm....seems to be a real shortage, high demand for silvers at this present time. can also try petlink.com.au, just keep your eyes open as they come and go....its been about 2 years since they were here in decent numbers.

Be relentless with asking pet stores around you to order a silver in. There is bound to be at least 1 taker. But be prepared for a high bill.
