I thought about it but all you would see is the water water lowering and then raising over 30 minutes.
thats what i was thinking, good job non the less. mine i just put a bulkhead halfway down the back of the tank and just flip a ball valve to drain, and flip the other ballvalve to refill the tank, cost me about 60 bucksAlan Russell;1923262; said:Is your schedule so full and your pockets so deep that you really find this necessary?
The difference being mine is fully automatic. I don't even know it's happening most of the time. Tonight I heard some clicking, looked over and realized the tank was draining. 20 minutes later I heard some grugling and looked over to see the tank 1/3 empty and starting to fill. My other four tanks have to be done by hand so it's real nice not to have to mess with the biggest in the bunch.rocker85675;2345440; said:thats what i was thinking, good job non the less. mine i just put a bulkhead halfway down the back of the tank and just flip a ball valve to drain, and flip the other ballvalve to refill the tank, cost me about 60 bucks
I've neve done a drip system, I'm not entirely sure how they work but I have an idea. I think one of the Mod's has one (Rally?). I wouldn't be surprised if there's a DIY thread on here somewhere.bOOsteN aUdI;2358267; said:beautiful system.. i am going to tart piecing parts together for a drip system soon.. any advise?

I could have done it without the controller and saved $240, I could have left out the float controller and saved another $90; but I wouldn't have been as happy and the system would be as flexible and expandable.
