Lost the mom of my recent pups. Here's a pic. Any insight on this would be really appreciated. My dad did the autopsy. He thought bowel obstruction. Very hard, round mass possibly causing an obstruction. Would make sense as she did have diminished appetite since about 2 weeks prior to giving birth.

Thoughts?

Not sure, but it could explain your recent losses with the pups.

Sorry, when it rains it pours at your house. I had a mystery death that I did on autopsy on. Needless to say, I had no clue what I was looking for. Was just hoping to see a big neon sign that said hey here is the problem. Never saw the sign though.
 
Its impossible to see anything wrong from your picture,the part you are pointing too however looks like the far end of the stomach,you could be right, a blockage.
Sorry for your loss,youve had more than your share of bad luck!
