any guaranteed identifications?? i think the one is deff a painted. but not sure.

and these tanks are in great condition. i really would like to take the plastic rim off of them. me and my dad plan on building 2 nice stands for them.

Later this week im gunna post pics of my catfish that i need to relocate into the new tank. which one should i use for him?? Tank 1 or Tank 2?? he is about 8 inches long now and unfortunately while i was away at college he let him grow in a 10gall and now he's WAY to big for it.

I am pretty sure they are a painted and two maps. Take that question to this forum, to get the input of fellow chelonian enthusiasts.

we went back and found some more goodies. a huger filter and a bunch of lamps. misk lamps, like a home made one lol

and a Pulsar Power Head 125. Its like a blower, any info on this??

Keep your frame on, that keeps your screen fairly secured, especially is you use clamps.

You have no need for a powerhead with those turtles, especially as babies. Provide a UVB source, maps in particular develop fungus rather easily without UVB.

The turtle on the left is an eastern painted, and the other two are maps. Its kinda hard to tell from those pics, but they look to be northern map turtles. There is a good chance they are native to WV, and I don't know of the laws there, but it may be illegal to be in possession of native wildlife without a permit, as it is here in NY. I'm not gonna turn you in or anything, just giving a friendly heads up. :)
