Today I got my girlfriend a fish for her birthday. I walk in a LPS and looking around, I saw a huge 2 to 3 foot Congo eel! Only $60 But I dont have room to get him and I know if I was to get him Ill only have problems with him eating my other fish. Tell me of a time you saw a fish that you had to walk away from at a LPS and kill yourself now for walking away.

That sounds like a hand full! What was the fish you got your girlfriend? when ever I pick something out for a girlfriend etc, I get something I like, and it usually doesn't end well hahahaha.
Too many... i would love to own a nice ray for example... but don't have a tank suitable for one or compatible fish...
But thats what i'm sure most fish keepers go through at least once in their lives... having what they already wanted and seeing something else at an LFS but not having the space for it...

Yeah haha shes into predatory fish to so you never know haha but she has alittle tank tho and it was her first fish so I got her a little one inch parrot fish with color injection so it was bright pink and she loves it
once she gets a bigger tank she said she wants a clownknife. 
<3Rays are nice tho, if you get another tank you should look into getting one! retics are picky tho, I cant get mine off bloodworms.

Yeah, maybe one day much later on down the line i'll get a large 300G+ but until then i can admire the pictures here
