Aztec Escondido Carpintis

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It's pretty simple Frank...theyre not hybrids.
Sorry not writing a thesis on the fish. Anyone can clearly see not hybrid between managuensis...for that fact.
So ok......wait? What? Why is it called Aztec when the Aztec cichlid is Parachromis managuensis??? That's gonna confuse a few thousand people....

If it's not a hybrid, why give the title of the thread a hybrid-like name? Aztec Cichlid, as stated numerous times above, is the Jag (Parachromis Manguensis)... so what does that have to do with your Carpintis? is that its name? bc that's the only way the title would make sense, imho

Don't get me wrong, they look great, but your title is extremely misleading - and your attitude in your responses aren't helping lol

Your English is probably confusing them.

Again this is why I hardly ever share any photos on this site. So many so called name trollers. If you feel it's confusing keep moving along. But seems to me same people with too much time on there hands. So for the fish purists and patrollers I didn't give the name of these beautiful fish. Tom Diapiro who won several Aca awards and a well established breeder did. So thanks for the comments.

The lack of proper grammar was definitely confusing...

unless this is a specific line bred by Tom Dipiro, then the Aztec name was nothing more than a marketing tool to attempt to demand a higher price for the fish lol
and even if it was a specific line that Tom bred himself, the Aztec name was a poor choice as it is already linked to the Jaguar Cichlid
