Baby datnoid feeding

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Update.
You know its wierd that my datnoid does not eat frozen blood worms, he last ate on march 18 in the afternoon i fed him cherry shrimp till its tummy got circle as hell. Im doing monkey see monkey do method with the help of my blue gourami and at the same time eat or die method. My datnoid actually follows my blue gourami most of the time. When i feed crushed hikari sinking pellets, my datnoid will just go near and look at the pellet while the blue gourami is crushing it to smaller pieces then turns around after. What i observed to my datnoid is that it keeps roaming around(hunting wise) he's not even scared of my hand even touching the glass. Overall it keeps swimming roaming for food wise. What should i do?

Just be careful with the krill, krill is high in fluoride, and if fed in excess can be an issue to finfish, especially those kept in soft water.

I actually fed him just for that afternoon to settle in and i havent fed him since monday. Thanks for the advice because i was tempting, i have to be patient for this

I've bought 3 1" or less Indo Tigers this Summer-they all took pellets immediately and I didn't offer them anything else
In my experience when they're that small that's your best chance to get them on pellet foods (which will give better growth)
