For a sun, his plumage is actually quite yellow for one this age. Bodes well for his adult coloration.

He grows well. Raising a baby bird from being a little bald ugly thing to adulthood, is a very special thing, and allows a very special bond. This little guy though, has taken to mimicking his neighbor, my amazon. Now I have two extremely loud birds.
