My male and female are separated in my 300 gallon with a divider. My female layed eggs last month and none of the eggs were fertilized and all turned white. So my female layed eggs again last week and most of them turned white and thought that none survive! She dug a pit behind a large rock and was staying around the area. I didn't think anything of it since she would occasionally swim towards the front of the tank and eat as usual and then would swim back...This evening I looked around the tank and there are babies swimming! Not too many, maybe around 30 but there are babies swimming! :headbang2After 4 months it finally happened!

Thats awesome bro! Congrats, post some pics when possible!!

Thanks, I will once the frys are a little bigger..I was wondering why the female was a little more aggressive than usual..lol...the male on the other hand is always aggressive so i didn't think anything of it.

Thanks Everyone..I have photos of the parents on my MFK album. My male is about 15" and the female is about 8" and both are non-related.
