In all seriousness, if he has taken these folks money, then starts getting money from craigslist or other boards, showing a pattern of theft, that is an ongoing criminal enterprise. That would be a federal charge............:WHOA:

ohh it was not due to him not getting ST,
my paypal got effed up and according to paypal i had to get all the money back from this month so they could fix my account then i could re transfer the money, the only person i sent money too was rclark but then the issue got resolved
i still have no ST's and no money
 
that gonna suckk.. i think the only way is to call your credit card company and tell them about the situation
