Look through his marketplace feedback, there are several comments there that sound like members here hang out with this guy, contact them for his exact location and contact information.

Also check it out, there are several comments there, about the CLAMS he sent out. Apparently that is his "signature move"..........

I never received any clams with my order. :(

^ You're already CLAMMY enough....lol

Just out of curiosity...since the tom guy was scamming you, why didn't he just keep the money instead of losing some of it by sending ITs?

i guess you could say he had scamming down to a science, he send me "wide bars" then asked me to take pictures and everything so there is proof for US (as in me and him) to fight the company and get money back, i send him all the pics he said the company trusts they are st they are working stuff out now and bam, he disappears

I suggest filing the report as a simple "theft by deception" charge, you do not want to have to prove anythng extra........part of the remedy.

Depending on the amount the Op is out is very important.

OP can file against Tom, all the secondary victims only have recourse against the OP........no recourse on Tom. That is why I suggested OP should try to keep his victims happy while he tries to remiburse them. Most of the "remedy" is in the last, closed thread. A few phone calls and some serious pressure could be applied to MR Tom if you work with the authorities.

It would be easy to get any money back if the buyer would simply contact the local authorities. The LA District Attny's office takes internet fraud very seriously and would take action if they were alerted.

BTW, many people here know Tom's location...in fact, someone posted his business card on this thread yesterday and that is his home address. The post was removed but I'm sure that person can provide the info again.

One more thing...you can file for small claims court online and have Tom served by a marshall in a short period of time. There's plenty of evidence online to win in court. Besides, he'll pay what he owes to avoid any court appearance.

The fact that rclark12 isn't doing any of these things to get the money back seems very shady to me...something is not right here.

I pm'ed him to contact the locals and file a police report, that would bring a detective to Tom's door within a couple of days........we will see.

Nobody ever really specified the amount of money we are talking about, that makes a huge difference.

Question is how old is RCLARK hopefully he is not a minor. then his parents would probably have to get involved.

If memory serves me correctly rclark was asking $120/"ST"

Depending on how much overhead rclark added to the original costs that Tom charged him - I saw about 20+ floating around in rclarts tank shot. Simple math at that point.

GL everyone - I'm just glad I did not order anymore items from Tom since my Indos.
