i can only find la pd, at this point ill just have them switch me over to tujunga police department, and i have been getting together as much info as i can, have all emails printed ect

Unless someone here is an attorney willing to work for free... your only avenue for 4G's is small claims. Hiring an attorney, and filing court fees etc would cost more than your claim is worth.
