Yeah that sucks...that is exactly why whenever I have my little cousins over I stay in my fish room for the whole day...Lol.

I remember when I was little my aunt had a 75 g and my cousin accidentally kicked a metal ladder leaning on the opposite wall and it crashed right into the center of the glass without any damage.
Anyways, I hope the mom pays for a new tank. If I were her mom I would tell her she has to get you a new tank or she will go up for backyard craigslist adoption for the price of the tank

mommy better be paying for a new tank or i'd never talk to them again shes not just a "kid" shes 8 and should know by now what is and what is not acceptable at others houses. Breaking their stuff IS NOT acceptable.

I still think kids need to learn to consequences of their actions and her mother needs to replace the tank and make that girl work it off or something.
