You'll get the hang of it. PBB is easily identifiable based almost exclusively on head and body shape.

Evz jardini Evz jardini Man, I have been trying to get a decent pic of my Jar for you, but I think its literally impossible with my ****ty phone camera. Highly considering in buying a Nikon l840.

Anyways, heres a ****ty video, then my cat knocks it off the table. He is prolly a solid 10-11", pretty standard gold body and super dark tail. This guy has gotten super thick for his size, eats anything and everything.

Have decided to definitely keep the tank bare for now, it seems to keep the Irwinis more active. They are eating like pigs and growing super fast. Probably doesnt look like it in this pic, but this guy is an easy 5" if not 6". 1 to 1.5" a month at the least, if they keep it up they are gonna outgrow the jardini! I expect them to start slowing down, but it has really been nice seeing such growth in such a slow growing species.

Tank and stocks looking awesome mate nice job :)
The jars looking nice and healthy, it's a nightmare trying to get good pics isn't it lol.
Amazing growth on the irwini too I suppose with all the polys they have to be more alert than usual so they actually get some food ;)

Nice pics and vid that sp. Dabola um i mean pbb is just sick looking.

Water looks crisp too

Nice tank and poly collection.

Thanks!

Psh, its the opposite man. They slam anything I put in the tank while the bichirs mosey over. This entire group are really passive eaters.

Man, not only has the tank been crystal, but water quality is pristine since I started dosing ridX weekly. Seriously, stuff is amazing.

The Koliba had, I assume, bashed his head one night while I was sleeping. Guess he got spooked by something. He had a big gash on his head, it never got infected, never even got sore. Went away super fast. The only explanation I can think of is the RidX removing all the nasty bacteria, allowing his would to heal super fast without any issues.

Or, maybe I'm crazy.

Hahaha no man i feel the same way. My pearsei bangs himself up all the time when i do fin level wc's and he usually heals up almost over night.

I cant believe that stuff isnt more widley used. I dont understand half of what was written by @RD in the probiotics thread but that stuff flat out works. Glad it worked for you.

I love that ansorgi bro. I'm going to get at least one on my next Toyin order. Largest poly I've ever seen was ansorgi so I'm putting my eggs in that basket in hopes of getting a true monster. 30" is the new 24" LOL
