Just bought all brand new tests today.
I threw my others out.

It's been a month since I started the tank since I've used dechlorinator.

When did you dose the tss ?,

Lunch time yesterday.

I think it will be fine. Its been a long time since i cycled a tank from scratch without dosing. Id give it a few days before i'd start worrying.

How many shiners in there ?

A lot lol.... 15? The ammonia processes fast. It's the nitrite that is giving me hell. I've never had an issue cycling a tank. No idea what's going on. I've cycled one every way you can and in 25ish days it's done. Puzzled. Came in today and nitrites are still at the max reading. Zero nitrates too. IDK

Try a small water change maybe? or a few small water changes.

Good news! Nitrites are coming down as of this morning. it's either 1ppm or 2ppm but much better than 5ppm or more. It must of been so high that it took a while to register on my tests.
