One acre, and most of it is downhill to the middle of the river.

You should make a pond in the river (above ground) allowing the water to flow through the pond (so no wc!!!) and stock it with some awesome sturgeon and catfish

7 hours from Sacramento--the extreme NW corner of California near the Oregon border. Ten miles inland from Crescent City, 25 miles from Brookings, OR. According to this map, in the Darlingtonia californica zone
