I would fast him for sure, and the only thing I would feed is sinking foods...NO floating pellets at this time bro.

does it make any differences?floating food sinks after some time,my Oscar's
can eat tons of floating food and after they have belly's like balloons but they don't fly away =P
just make sure that he is not stressed,add some anti stress medicine,that may help and yes definitely don't feed him for few days.

that make sense,but what about air pump and air stone's,my Oscar's love to swim into an air stone's and sometimes my bigger Oscar fights them =P
