Techinally, it doesn't need to go the vet because it was 'sick'
Though it may have to go because of the effects of regurtation.
If he told us the conditions, and everything else asked, this will most likely be where the answer lies.

Like you said Loco, most 'illness' is due to the owners incorrect husbandry ;)
 
i dont have the specificic temps,because i use a hydrometer,and it is always on humid.the source of heating is a 50 watt exo terra in fa red heating bulb which i leave on most of the day and night,becuase it gets cold quickly.I handle him once a day,but i learned not to handle them for a week after they eat.He has a large bowl to soak in and drink out of.
 
oh wow. It's a really REALLY good idea to get a digital thermometer with a probe. I got some indoor-outdoor probe thermometers that also show the humidity. They were about $12 at Lowe's.
 
hmmm a tagger was selling a blood python in that tank for $150. And you need to give your snake a hide. Other than that, there doesn't seem to be much good information in your pictures.
 
As already suggested, get a thermometer immediately, as in last week. You need to know the temperatures of your snake's cage.

Also, as Lovespun said, get your snake some kind of shelter. BPs need to have at least one place for "security" to hide away from everything. Without this, they feel "vulnerable" and their programming tells them not to fill their belly since that "added weight" may slow them down to escape a predator.

that tank is not ideally setup, get some shavings get a hide and it should turn around and not regurge anymore as long as you dont muck with it. Luckily for you the snake appears to be in good condition.
 
Get a thermostat, get a temp gun, set your temps up correctly, both the hot spot and the cool spot, have a better hide than your current set up, and add another so you have one for hot end, one for cool. Other than half a newspaper I don't know what substrate your using, and although there is a choice, like varanio mentioned maybe some shavings and aspen will make it more comfortable. Also the newspaper looks very damp.
You should check to see if there are any signs of it actually being ill, and you should stop handling it for a month or so.
