it semi - curled in my hand...they always do, snakes, and I would think it has to do with me being very warm ( am not joking; I really am very warm, goo circulation, whetever ).

would it need a heat carpet or is fish room temps adequate?

also, would it apreciate a peice of wood it could climb on and rest upon or is it a ground snake?

The guy says it is eating without any problems, although it does not like "white" rats ( prefers dark ones??)

I think i'll go ahead. I'll be counting on you, guys....:)
 
I think the 'warm human' concept is totally BS, to be honest... Were not really THAT warm, not even close to a basking spot. More like temp on the cold end.

Heat carpet?

And climbing stuff, its up to you. I never once saw mine climb. Theyre almost too fat anyhow ;)

Miguel, I'm not sure what temperature your fish room is at?

As for climbing? If you want to, YES! My new adult female loves to climb, and shes a fat sausage :ROFL:

My next fat sausage has to be a blood python but mehh..those bites ARE nasty.

If you can, ask to see it being fed :)
 
As for the feeding, most snakes can get like that.

My male royal, will take small mice, big fat wiener rats, black, white, pied, (LOL) where as my boa will only touch black mice :)
 
Blood bites aren't bad. They sting a little...most of it's just blood. Fitting.

well its is already in the F Room. What a thing of beauty it is...and today it travelled all over my hand, without any sign of tension.

The guy swears she eats well and gave me 3 adequate sized frozen rats....

I will most def post pics in the the near future and keep you posted of dev's.

it does, doesn't it..it grows in the opposite direction of my good sense....
