ball pythons or corn snakes

Ball pythons are easier to handle than corns- they never seem to be in a hurry, while corns can move fast when they want to.

Corns are easier to feed, as noted, and don't need quite as much space.

So, either way you go you'll be fine. If you want a beginner lizard, leopard geckos are a good choice.

as of now,my concern is pricing.
i do like balls alot more.

as for lizards,ive kept many geckos before.
 
I have both. I prefer the ball python. They look better with age. The corn snake is okay but too skinny. I feed both once a week. Ball python eats small rats. Corn snake eats mice. Both great snakes for newbies.

you mean it makes a difference whether i feed mice or rats of the same size?
