I never realized you had such a beautiful collection of fish, what color and vivid designs ...they all look stunning together.... and good job breeding too...

ya nice stuff balton. still a good thread. btw arthur its not only his female festae that looks male but theres been quite a few members on here that were fooled. i also was fooled by my 4 inch festae i thought it was a male going by the typical festae standards and it turned out to be female. not a uncommon thing. keep up the good work and keep us posted.

Man I love festaes. I just picked up some wild ones last week. How many was in your original group? I was told by a true cichlid expert that festaes are like malawis. If you have a small number they're absolutely lethal. But if you overstock them the aggression really spreads itself out.
