Yeah, funny thing is my Jd was the exact opposite when in the same qt tank. All he did was hide. Put him back in the 90 and the thug was back.

I'm really looking toward to seeing how he'll color up once he really settles in. I took the biobags out and gave him a piece of driftwood and about 4 plastic plants to feel at home. He's got plenty of room in the qt now.

Here's a something I just realized. When I bought my GT about two months ago, she was in a big display tank at this same petsmart. Same story as this started, went in to get food with my daughter and she wanted this green terror. The tank had many fish in it. Oscars, dempseys, cons, blood parrots and three striped fish that I didn't recognize at the time. Lol this fish was one of those 3. So my GT and this Midas were actually tankmates for awhile and I just realized it....
