Water change on the 60g. with it being some what crowded, i do big wc's every other day.

this is one of my favorite threads right now with all the activity, I saw the thread you started in the vendors section about the bass that you believe was improperly labeled as a temensis can you post a pic of the bass? What do you think it is? It is hard tell with the fish in the bag
I'll post pics once they get some size on them. so the ID will be 1000% accurate. but as of now headshape and body shape i am saying mono or ocell. at the end of the day though bro that situation is over and done you know. Who knows this could turn to out be a really nice mono or ocell
On another note. I would like to say how i take care of all my bass at this moment. I will break down each tank.
45g Growout - 3 orinos and 4 (from aquascape) 4 clown loaches and a bichir. Right now just because of size of these fish i have them feeding on white cloud fry. Just dumped in 400 of them. Once they are at a bigger size i will start pellet training them.
60g Growout 13 xingus, 2 azuls, 2 kelberis, jardini, a flagtail and a bichir. Currently feeding Cobalt predator pellets. Today i intorduced them to pieces of tilapia. Tomorrow introducing them to cut of pieces of frozen shrimp. With this tank i want to feed them a variety of foods. One day pellets only. Next day frozen foods etc.
300g 2 kelberis, 1 orino, 1 mono, 1 azul, pike, pleco and i forget what cichlid it is. Currently feeding Northfin Carnivore and frozen tilapia and shrimp. mix it up through out the day for them.
45g i do a 50% wc every other day
60g i do a 80% wc every other day
300g i do a 50% wc every 3 days
So my fish always have fresh water and best foods. So thats some of the care/feeding i do. have seen better growth and colors pop by doing this.

moving forward is the only way to get ahead in life, I thought occel too from the pic you posted just wondered your thoughts on the bass. Anyways keep up the awesome thread!
Orinos i picked up from jeff rapps. i'll get a better pic soon.
Got new cichla coming in tomorrow morning. Moved fish around and got more tanks set up then planned lol. 2 unknowns i got from a LFS lost them during the night somehow. Had moved them to a 20g since i put the Unknowns from Aquascape with my orinos. I believe i had a faulty heater in the 20g. But lesson learned. Anxious for the new cichla tomorrow morning. They are already pellet trained to. Stay tuned fellas. Pictures will be posted tomorrow.
