my lfs sells baby silvers for $10 each. they're so small that they're tails arent even red yet and their egg sacks are still visible.

Yes they are, I got mine @ 8" so I could toss him in the big tank straightaway...he's eating like a pig.

Did you buy these as wild caught aros? I was hoping the wild caught silvers didn't develop drop eye.

I know a lot of people believe that WCs don't get DE. If ya look at the number of silvers over 20" posted seems that over 95% have DE. I would believe that there is a higher percentage of WC silvers then that, so it is likely the WCs get DE.
