bd/leo mix shedding what looks like slime coat...HELP!!!

ok guys, so I divided the pond-the injured female on one side the other 2 rays on the other...and as you can see in the pic below, they bit her on the back...is this something that will heal with time???
i did about a 30-35% wc and added prime and diluted salt to the pond..

12ish in at the moment...and I couldn't get it out of my mind the entire weekend..this was litreally freeking me out!
this wound is something she should heal from right?

...ohh god, don't tell me this is something the ray will die from...she seems to be swimming around and whatnot-she isn't acting lethargic or anything ..perhaps she is a little slower than usual...she didn't take to food today, will try again tomorrow...
what do you think..

btw is there anything that I should/can add in the water like melafix or something? i read in the med sticky that you should use about half the manufacturers recommended dose..
so far all I've been adding is salt and prime...

gonna try tomorrow...will start with earthworms...last time I fed her was on friday, (and she hasn't eaten since) so I know she has something in her at least...
