Well, this guy is a PROVEN scammer. IIRC those threads were all suspected scams. The only thing debatable here, seems to be the guy's many identities. But we are not going to damage anyone's reputation slanderously by posting in this thread, rather prevent other people from getting nailed by a proven scammer.

If enough people report him, army cid will investigate since he keeps doing this. I plan to report myself but have not been scammed personally
