Because it keeps working, he got 2 bites the other day. Unless Paypal froze his account before he took the money out then he gets away with it.

Has anyone reported this guy to his local police dept??? if enough do so i bet he will be investigated. BTW maybe post on the Fauna BOI so more can be on alert for him.

Another good way to test scammers is to ask them to take a photo of the fish WITH a piece of paper containing a hand writen word you specify with that days date on it...

Something that was used as a rule on another forum i used to be a mod at...
