I also agree with what your saying. When i first started keeping fish i made a mistake and bought a rtc thinking i could keep it in a 55. I learned my lesson and gave it to somone else who could give it a better home. Now i try to take full responsibility for all my fish and keep all that i can care for.

I also think that the forum should have a minimum age limit to enter.

Just long as it wont ban 14 yr olds :screwy: This forum taught me a lot of what i know about aquariums. I probably would still be keeping africans in a 20g without a heater and filter without it. Not to mention posting photos of my fish and meeting lots of cool people, as well as contributing and helping people out. A ban for young people would be a rude slap in the face, yes there are some immature members on here banning them, what happened to patience? When I first started posting on fish forums I'm sure I was worse than them

Yep i agree with you. I am only 17 and have been on this website for around two years i believe. I found it because i caught a baby gar and didnt really know what i was getting myself into. Without this site i would not of realized that the gar gets way bigger then i could of housed it. And i would of probably gotten a RTC by now because i love them. This is a good site to learn about the fish you love so when your older or whatever it is and you have the tank space to house monsters responsibly

mfk has taught me soo much and without it then i wouldnt know that my silver dollar was really a pacu, and that my "breeding pair" of jack dempseys where both female. also i have used mfk to teach people. just check out my thread about guess my new killers. i have people trying to buy my mantids! and im 13. i am gonna be posting a care sheet so people dont buy em and then they die, their too pretty for that to happen. also i was going to buy an rtc to put in my 125, i come on here and first day i am searching around(i never did and intro) and find things from i think diskboy12 about rtc, and was like oh %$@& glad i didnt buy that thing. also last time i checked mfk is about the only place you can find the best info on building indoor plywood ponds(which ill need in about 3 years) so i am against age limit. and one last thing
