I took your advice and started looking up some computer repair shops. I’ll call a couple of them when they open today.
Beamswork light buzzing??

You might just want to show up. A lot will just say no we dont fix that kind of stuff because they dont realize its just a common circuit. Good luck!
Computer repair place didn’t want to work on it because they didn’t want it to go out again later or catch fire. Seems a little dramatic but they’re the professionals. They tried to sell me a different ac adapter for it though. $60, no thanks. My guests have to deal with the buzzing today and I’ll try to get a hold of the beamswork sellers on amazon and order a new adapter.
I may do that if the replacement is too expensive. Got a hold of “topdogsellers” a seller on eBay and Amazon that seems to be the only one selling beamswork. They asked for the model and said they could send me to a listing with the ac adapter I need. Looks like they’re around $24
Update:
The light looked very dim this morning so I switched it to just the blue and it didn’t turn on. Switched it back to all, and that didn’t turn on either.
I ordered the adapter yesterday so hopefully that’s the fix.
