Hahaha what's up!!

Beani has Gone Ina rampage last few days. Killed 3 plecos and tore or the red tail cat while I was doing a water change last night.

I posted on our old threat a couple weeks ago. I started feeding the beani and red tail, frozen pinky mice. Took a video of the feeding and posted it up. Didn't get any replies though!?

My guys not colored up at all right now after this water change. I'll post up pictures when he's not so stressed out anymore

You are back, and at the 100th post exactly!!
Great to have you back my man, as I was saying earlier, I have yet to see a Beani that can keep up to the aggression level of yours, and it sounds like he is getting even meaner!
I did not see your post, so when he is colored up and ready to go, make sure to update right here! Maybe some more pitbull vs action too ;)

beani 3 inch.jpg
Just thought I would share. My beani at 3-4 inch @ 5 months old. Not finding beani to be slow growers personally. Am keeping the water at about 78* though. feed crushed gold about once every other day with occasional feeder guppies. Keep water clean with decent flow. Recently added some smaller dither fish, but am going to remove them. Idk if he is happy to have something to harass or if he is getting stressed out. Anyhow, this guy is pretty blotchy and very amber in color (not a great pic of him). His brother however, looks almost identical to Endo's. Not sure which look i like better.

Lubisamus, that beani of yours has a very distinctive look to it, nice and chunky too. I, however found mine to be more active when the temp was around the low 70s, not high.

Well guys, Im back too :)
Just received 3 beani @2-3" from Gage and what a wonderful seller to deal with. The beani came in packaged well and look healthy, (no sunken bellies or white poop) so far,
They are being treated w/ probiotics

I believe I have 1 male and 2 females or vice versa.
Here is one as soon as he went into the tank, so his colors are still pale from the stress of the shipment

Endo:
Ya, he seems pretty different from most any other beani i have seen. Sad to say that he seems to have the same hair line as me! He is growing on me though, has quite the personality. Thanks for the suggestion, I think i will lower the temp once i get another inch on him. I am too impatient for him to get to monster status.

Your new beani are looking great. Are they ravenous eaters? I have noticed that i have to really control portions now that mine is no longer the only one in the tank. For some reason i didnt expect beani to be big eaters & as some have mentioned... he gets really mean during feeding time.
