it would be nice to figure out were u have to go to post have had no replies to my questions wonder if i set this up wrong ?

well i have had plenty of posts and am still not a full member... i can see pics and stuff like that, but i can't use the chat or access certian things... what the heck am i supposed to do to become an actual full member?
